Reflexology: The Natural Way to Relieve Sore Muscles and Joint Pain!

Reflexology soothes sore muscles

Whether you’ve just started working out or you’ve been a fitness enthusiast for most of your life, it is inevitable that some (or maybe all!) of your workouts will leave you a little (or a lot!) sore and stiff. The worst thing you can do, while tempting, is to curl up in bed when you feel this way.

Good news is that you don’t have to “just deal with it”; there are many ways to treat these aches and pains, including many things I’m sure you’ve heard before, such as:

  • a good warm-up before exercising
  • regularly stretching after exercise
  • icing the sore area right after the activity to reduce inflammation then using heat later to increase blood flow to the area.
